| Located in Washington Park, in Portland, Oregon, the International Rose Test Garden features five acres of climbers, hybrid teas, grandifloras, floribundas, landscape roses and miniatures. More than 8,000 rose bushes are on display, planted in rows to allow up-close inspection. Every year, mostly during Rose Festival, thousands of visitors flock to Portland's original Rose Garden to see, smell and admire the flowers. The view of the city and Mt. Hood on clear days is spectacular. |
