Kintyre is a peninsula in western Scotland, in the south-west of Argyll and Bute. The region stretches approximately 30 miles (48 km), from the Mull of Kintyre in the south, to East Loch Tarbert in the north. The region immediately north of the peninsula is known as Knapdale. This is a land full of history, charm and breathtaking scenery.
