Kirsten Flagstad Museum is located in "Strandstuen", the oldest building in Hamar. Founded in 1985, the museum encompasses family mementoes, a photo collection, original costumes from The Metropolitan Opera House in New York of the famous Norwegian opera singer and a music room for opera lovers.
