The Kunsthalle Bremen is an art museum in the Hanseatic City Bremen, Germany. The Kunsthalle was built in 1849 and enlarged in 1902 by architect Eduard Gildemeister. Being the city’s oldest museum, houses a collection of paintings and sculptures extending from the 15th century through to the present day, including works by Delacroix, Liebermann, Corinth, Modersohn-Becker and Beckmann. The Copperplate Engravings Gallery contains works by Dürer, Goya, Menzel and Picasso.
