| The Lentos Art Museum in the city of Linz, with its international collection is considered one of the most important museums of modern art in Austria. Today the collection comprises nearly 1500 works from the areas of painting, sculpture and object art, about 10.000 works on paper and 1200 examples of art photography. The internationally acclaimed 130 meter long building by the Zurich architects Weber & Hofer provides approximately 8000 m2 for use is located directly on the Danube between the Nibelungen Bridge and Brucknerhaus. |
