The Brac Parrot Reserve is dominated by pristine, ancient woodlands on a very rough and rocky terrain. A great diversity of native trees, including species not present on Grand Cayman or Little Cayman, support breeding woodland birds such as the Red-Legged Thrush, White Crowned Pigeon and Black-whiskered Vireo. Parrots are often seen and heard around the Reserve, especially in the early morning and late afternoon.
