The 7.5 acre Rancho Los Alamitos site, in Long Beach, California, is a fragment of the once vast 300,000 acre rancho and contains the sprawling adobe house, 4 acres of historic gardens and an early 20th century barnyard with livestock. This is the only Long Beach site designated by the National Trust for Historic Preservation Partner Program.
