The Rand Memorial Nature Center stands on 100 acres of land and exists to preserve the natural habitat of the Bahamas. The national bird of the islands, the West Indian Flamingo, can be found here. The park features a winding trail that enables you to view nature and learn about the different species of plants that grow here.
