| The New City Hall in Hannover, Germany is a city hall built in 1913. It is located in Maschpark. The Old City Hall is no longer used for its purposes. The cost of the building once amounted for 10 Milion Marks. It was built by the project of the architects Hermann Egert and Gustav Halmhuber and later consecrated by the Emperor Wilhelm II. The square in front of the city hall is named Trammplatz in honor of the Mayor of the city, Heinrich Tramm. |
