Located in Rochester, New York, Seabreeze celebrated its 125th anniversary in 2004. The park opened on August 5, 1879, as the last stop on the steam railroad. The attractions at the time were picnic groves and the lakefront. It wasn't until the early 1900's that rides were added creating the amusement park. By the 1920's the park had four roller coasters, the Virginia Reel and the world's largest salt water swimming pool. Today, Seabreeze is the 4th oldest continuously operated amusement park in North America.
