The Church of St. Mary Magdalena is one of the gorgeous architectures in Karlovy Vary. It was built in 1733-1736 instead of the old gotic kirk from the second half of 14.century. The St. Maria Magdalena church was built following the plans of outstanding architect Kilian Ignac Dietzenhofer. It belongs to the valuablest national treasures from the baroque periode. The space inside the church is richly divided, with uncommon ground plan and reflect the baroque profuseness, so different from all others architectonic idioms.
