The Zorn Museum shows a great deal of the production from one of Sweden's best know artists, Anders Zorn, who was born, grew up and worked in Mora. In 1939 the Zorn museum was inaugurated. The architect was one of the foremost at that time, Ragnar Östberg, who had earlier been responsible for The Town Hall in Stockholm. The establishment of the museum was due to Mrs. Zorn and the first director of the Zorn Collections, professor Gerda Boëthius.
