My wife and I are very passionate of Italian traditional cousin. So, last summer we went to vacation to Tuscany/Italy and attended a cooking school at a so called “culinary villa”.
I had never dreamed that the school would be so much FUN!
It was one of the very best trips and experiences I have ever had! The classes went way beyond my expectations. Knowing there was contact person who spoke both languages well and knew all the local customs and quirks and was willing to help in any capacity was priceless. It gave a real comfort feeling that most visitors do not get when visiting a foreign country.
I came away with much more than just recipes--I also have experience which brought the dishes to life!
