Thumbs up Share tips & have fun!

All travelers are welcome to talk about any unusual, surprising, awkward or funny experiences they have had while traveling. I often hear funny accounts of various imbroglios happening due to lack of familiarity with certain local customs or requirements, and believe that sharing such experiences with other people could spare potential tourists some time, money, and... nerves!!!

I hope you all enjoy this new feature! ;)

Default Thanks for your work, Denis,

everybody simply uses your new features, not thinking of the man who had to do the work for this new thread.

This is again a marveless idea, even if somebody else will critizise it as "junk place" or "kiddy story place" - as you mentioned already, I am sure we will see a lot of interesting, funny, memorable - means good stories, which makes the Forum more vital and interesting for visitors and new users.

So nice of you to mention our Supervisor’s efforts, Reinhard!

His careful EYE is everywhere in this forum! (o) (o)

Denis should add a Golden Hand to his avatar, too, as our “Home” is well built thanks to him.

He is the one who makes us feel “warm and cozy” , he is our Movie Director! P:-)

( it sounds almost like an ode… )

Default Hello Dana

I have built some forums, so I know how much work it is to get - even the best made and most interesting - forums running. It's hours, days and weeks of thinking, designing and - most of all - rejecting your own work that you do not like ....

I would say, what tops my list would be back in 1998 when i traveled to Hawaii on a boat, well a big boat, believe it or not, the boat or some might call it ship, started sinking, for reasons we still till this day never found out, but we were evacuated and the rest of our trip was pretty much a living hell, with fear we did get to teh island safe and had to switch ships, felt like i was in the titanic, flashbacks glore hehe

i had a fun ride with a water bufallo in the Philippines once and ride on a "kuliglig" or a two-wheeled trailer pulled by a two wheeled tractor up when I am in northern luzon island.

That overlayed my catalogue will be that i travelled on a boat to Hawaii at that time in 1998, what a big boat, whether believes it or not, the boat or some can call it as the ship, begin to sink, it is the reason why we have still never found out until today, but we have been withdrawn, it is nearly hell on earth that our the others travel
