Policy:
No smoking indoors. No pets. Inappropriate for children younger than 12. Checkin 4-7, checkout 11. Two night minimum stay required on most weekends and midweek in October, three nights on holidays and October weekends. A deposit equal to half the total room cost is required, refundable minus a $25 processing fee in cases of cancellation more than two weeks before scheduled arrival.
