All of our units are 2 bedroom condo-type suites featuring comfortable seating for 5 and cable television. A front deck is available for fair weather seating. The kitchens are fully equipped with pots and pans, silverware, dishes, toaster and coffee pots. Coffee packets are available for a fee at the front desk. The master bedroom has two closets, ample bureau storage, and a queen-sized bed.

With both skier and snowboarder development programs and great learning programs for Kids, Sunday River does it all! Or have a relaxing day shooshing down scenic Mt. Abram. Enjoy the best of Maine’s mountains!
At the Sunday River Cross Country Ski Center you’ll find a fully equipped ski location. They’re happy to answer your questions and give guidance on clothing, equipment and trail conditions. The rental shop carries a full range of up to date cross country equipment.
Whitewater Rafting: From 1-1/2to 3 hours drive will take you to several of the most thrilling whitewater centers in New England. Cruise up to the Forks and Northern Outdoors for rafting, mountain biking, horseback riding and more. Or, closer to home, try Unicorn Expeditions in Brunswick. They offer trips on the Kennebec, Penobscot and Dead Rivers.

Deposit: 50% of entire stay for 2 or more days, or 100% for a one night stay is required to confirm a reservation and hold a room.
Cancellation: Cancellation must be received before 14 days of intended arrival. A $20 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellations received less than 14 days before arrival will be charged the entire deposit. NO SHOWS without cancellation calls will be charged for the entire stay.
Restrictions: For the comfort and safety of our guests we are a non-smoking resort and do not allow pets. In the pool area, and in the canoes, we require adult supervision of all children under 14 years of age.
Check-in: After 3:00 PM. Guest arriving sooner are welcome to use the other facilities.
Check-out: 10:00 AM. In a few circumstances we can arrange a later check-out time if booking and housekeeping needs allow.
Office Hours: Office hours are 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Special arrangements can be made with us if guests are arriving after 10:00 PM. Please remember to call us if you are delayed
