Sea is clear and calm beginning from March to mid November. It gets deep after 5-6 m. The seashore is a mix of sand and stones. Seawater temperature is around 18 centigrade in March-June, 26-28 centigrade in July-September and 22-24 in October/November. All climate characteristics of the Mediterranean exist here. The wonderful streams flowing with a loud, roaring sound in the spring, the lovely scent of the orange and lemon flowers will make you drunk. The summer months are hot but you'll feel the coolness just after the sunset. If you want to feel the burning Mediterranean sun, June, July and August months are ideal for you. Spring and autumn is more suitable for trekking /yoga/ cycling.

Comfortable bungalows with hot water, A/C for cooling and heating, with private balconies. No plastics, no cement only natural material used.
Covered and open restaurants with the fire place serving fresh and organic home cooking, sea food, barbecue and vegetarian food. Children play ground, rent a bike, laundry, internet access, table tennis facilities. Owned and being runned by a couple escaping form the metropolitan life. English, German spoken. Everyday yoga and meditation sessions, photography shows and guided trekking tours.

Policy:
Given prices are one person B&B in a double room. For single room prices add 20 USD more in off season and 30 USD more in high season. Long stay discount is 3 % in the low season. We have 5 % cash discount all the time.
Children up to 7 years old free, up to 12 half price. Early reservation required especially for July, August and September. Notice time for cancellation is one week.
Check out time is 12 a.m. Check in 13.30 p.m.
Very suitable for children. No pets allowed. Credit cards accepted, travelers checks not. Closed in December, January, February.
