This Villa is particularly suited to groups as it can accommodate 18 people in 6 bedrooms. For smaller groups it may be rented -exclusively - with any number of bedrooms from 2 to 6. The villa is only rented to 1 client at a time irrespective of the number of bedrooms required.
It is within walking distance of both English and Falmouth Harbors which offer a variety of sports and water sports as well as shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. There are also beautiful unspoilt beaches in both harbors.
Property amenities:
* The Villa has 6 bedrooms all with own bathroom, ceiling fans and hair dryers. Five bedrooms have air-conditioning
* The living room is enclosed by glass sliding doors with one side overlooking the courtyard and the other the pool, sun deck & view. There is plenty of seating on 3 sofas. For your entertainment there is a stereo system, satellite TV, VCR, DVD (all world system), a comprehensive library and a selection of cards/games.
* The fully equipped stainless steel kitchen includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, toaster, food processor, etc. and all cutlery, crockery and glassware.
* The dining table is on the patio together with a comfortable seating area.
* A large sundeck, overlooking the harbor, has the 7 seater hot-tub, gazebo (with bar billiards table) and bar.
* The Blue room overlooks the pool and view. It has an en-suite bathroom and can be configured as a double, twin or triple.
* The Silver room overlooks the courtyard. It has an adjoining bathroom and may be a double or up to 4 singles.
* The Red room has an en-suite bathroom and a separate shower room. It may be a double, twin or triple
* The Yellow room has a vanity unit and an adjoining exterior bathroom. It can be a double or up to 4 singles using 2 sets of bunk beds.
* The Burgundy room is one level down beneath the Blue room. It has an en-suite bathroom and may be a double or twin.
The Green room is a quiet, shady room with wrought iron walls & drapes all round for privacy.
* Maid service. Laundry room with washer & dryer.
Nearby attractions and activities:
* Private pool, large sun deck with 7 seater hot-tub, gazebo & bar.
* The Villa has its own yacht and offers options for sailing trips.
* Other water sports can be found nearby such as scuba-diving & snorkeling.
* The harbor area offers other sports such as tennis, squash and horse riding.
* There are two golf course a short drive away.
Policy:
* A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable on booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
* For cancellations less than 6 weeks ahead, we will refund 75% of the total fee if an alternative rental can be found.
* Check in/out days/times are by arrangement to suit clients schedule.
* Smoking is permitted as are children and pets.
