- All prices based on double occupancy
- Two-bedroom condo based on quadruple occupancy
- Extra person is $10.00 U.S. per night
- Children up to 12-years old are free

- Full payment due 60 days prior to arrival
- $25 cancellation fee
- Cancellation within 30-15 days, 50% penalty, and 14 days or less no refund
