Alaska Rainbow Lodge overlooks the Kvichak River. While enjoying the evening appetizers in the lounge, it’s not unusual to see Moose, Bear and Caribou in their natural setting, walking the time-worn trail across the river. Incorporate a visit to Katmai National Park and watch the bears catching dinner at Brooks Falls. Fly through high mountain passes where there’s always a snow cap. View volcanic calderas and fly over miles of unbroken Arctic tundra where herds of Caribou migrate. Every day you will experience new waters and different species of fish. Alaska Rainbow is centrally located in the Iliamna and Bristol Bay watersheds. This is the heart of Trophy Rainbow country.
