Our island is located next to Half Moon Caye and only a 8 mile ride from Blue Hole, we offer a base camp for premier diving, snorkeling, and fishing adventures. The Aquarium is just a few yards off our dock, as well as dozens of dive sites and fishing areas that are all around the atoll. We are private island and you will have the pleasure of your own private nature preserve to enjoy as well as our excellent waters and dive sites.
Long Caye at M14237 is a tropical 650 acre island in Belize with completely outfitted cabins for your vacation. The typical cabin is well equipped with electricity, stove, refrigerator, queen sized bed along with three sets of single bunks, sheets, towels, kitchen equipment, XM radio service, shared internet service, use of boat and captain, fishing equipment, snorkel equipment, books, and stereo, etc. You should only need to bring your personal items and your camera.
Vacation Cabin Rentals start at $2500 per week for up to six guests includes cabin rental, boat and captain, food, drinks, linens, snorkeling, fishing, most things you will need for your stay. Partial weeks will be discounted. Diving trips would cost additional for the equipment rentals and dive master. Pay Half down, and half when you begin your trip! Book now, slots are filling fast!
Property amenities:
The cabin built in 2004 and is about 1000 sq foot with CD stereo with XM radio, CD's, fishing rods and equipment, snorkels, masks and fins, sheets, towels, first aid, 6 bunks and 1 queen bed, pillows, pots, pans, utensils, outfitted kitchen with refrigerator, wind generator and battery bank to supply electricity, hot water, stove, sinks, toilet, 2 showers, etc, etc. There are books and field guides to help you identify fish and animals,
The house is about 500 feet from the front dock and has good privacy as well as good access to everything. House rental of $2500 includes use of 26 foot center console boat, your own captain and tour guide to take you wherever you wish to dive or snorkel during your stay. They will give you tours of the atoll, take you fishing, snorkeling or just show you around the island. They are your personal guides for the week.
If you wish to dive, there is an extra cost of 75 dollars per day for the dive master plus the cost of equipment and tank rental, but again having your own personal dive master for a week is a bonus. House rental includes your food and drinks. You will help share in the cooking with your guides and hopefully you will have some fish from your trips to cook too.
