This rainforest wildlife lodge is located on the Osa Peninsula, in the southwest corner of Costa Rica. We are halfway between Puerto Jimenez (22 kilometers) and Carate on the road to Corcovado National Park, on the Pacific side of the Peninsula just around the corner from Golfo Dulce. It is one of the most accessible rainforests you can get to, with an amazing amount of birds and wildlife to be seen from your cabin and trails.
There are many options available to you regarding transportation. For the most convenient and quickest way, we recommend flying from San Jose, or if you would like to see the sights of southern Costa Rica you may choose to rent a car. For the budget conscious, or if you would like to get a taste of local culture you can take a bus. Accommodations: Whether you are looking for a romantic honey-moon cabin, a place for your family, a group or a suite with sunset views, we offer a wide variety of lodging options. One room cabins (2-4 people): We have 3 luxurious and comfortable one bedroom cabins. Each of them is fully screened and has a private shower, queen and single beds and hammocks. The front of the cabins have a full height sliding door, and the other 3 sides have louvered screened openings, thus allowing for good ventilation on the warm days and nights. A feeling of warmth is created by the use of local hardwoods, salvaged from the forest. You can sit on your porch and have a good chance of seeing wild monkeys climbing in the nearby trees and hear the orchestra of jungle sounds without leaving your chair. Have a set of binoculars in hand, and you can spend hours bird watching. Property amenities: Nearby attractions and activities: Location: Notes:
