Our jungle lodge has 21 comfortable palm-thatched cottage rooms including two luxury garden suites nestled along the riverside in a setting of unmatched beauty and tranquility. Travelers share stories and relax at our veranda bar before enjoying delicious meals in the Chaa Creek restaurant. Guests interact with nature while exploring the river, miles of well-maintained forest trails, Maya temple sites, and through activities such as hiking, canoing, horseback riding, mountain biking and bird watching. Wildlife abounds, and over 250 species of birds have been sighted within the reserve.
Along with our professional staff and state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, the Spa provides a tranquil and extraordinary sensory experience that promotes harmony between the inner and outer self.

The Spa at M11439 is set above the Macal River with a panoramic view of the Maya Mountains and lush Belizean rainforest.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy: We require an immediate deposit of 30% of the total net due, with full payment 45 days in advance of arrival.
A full refund minus $60 USD handling fee will be made on cancellations 60 days or more prior to the scheduled trip. Cancellations 60 - 45 days in advance a 50% refund will be given. Cancellations 45 days or less prior to arrival no refund will be given.
No refunds will be given for unused hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing trips or tours for any reason whatsoever. Land cost is quoted as a package and credits are not given for services not used.

New Years Gala: For those guests staying the night of December 31, there will be an additional cost $70 + 8% Sales Tax per person ($37.50 + 8% Sales Tax for children age 6-11 years old).
Tikal: For those choosing the Tikal tour, the Visa/Border Exit-Entry/Guatemalan guide fees are not included in this package. Fees are presently in the range of $45 US per person and a $25.00 Vehicle Crossing Fee, through the exact amount has been fluctuating for the past few months. The fees being out of the control of The Lodge at Chaa Creek, makes their inclusion in the package difficult at this time.
Children’s rates do not include spa activities. Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include government taxes or gratuity charges.
Family Discounts: Children under 18 years old are always free in parents' rooms. Meals are 1/2 price for children age 6-11 (age 1 - 5 no charge). (Applies only to stays at Chaa Creek Cottages.)
