Booking Conditions:
- A deposit of 50% of total accommodation fee is paid, or a credit card number is required to confirm bookings.
- When a booking is cancelled more than 28 days before the date of commencement of that booking, the deposit will be returned in full minus a $30 administration fee.
- Deposits will be retained if bookings are cancelled with less than 28 days notice, and the room is not re-booked.
- Cancellations 24hrs or less of arrival date:
A fee of the first 2 nights booked will not be refunded and for longer stays, 50% of the total stay will be charged.
