Each day starts with a 90 minute morning yoga class to awaken your metabolism, stretch and lengthen the body and clear your lungs with super efficient breathing techniques (pranayama). Feeling ready for the day, brunch is then served after which you could join any of the activities or spend your day chilling by the pool or beach. Each day ends with a 90-120 minute restorative yoga class which will deepen your practice and release deep rooted tension. Supper is served after evening yoga.
Yoga is taught by two passionate teachers who believe in making yoga accessible to everyone. So don’t worry if you’ve not stepped on your yoga mat for a long time - or never! You’re going to be taken on a yoga journey during these holidays. In addition to twice daily Hatha Vinyasa asana practice (postures), you’ll encounter key yoga philosophy that will give you a complete and rounded understanding of this ancient subject.
