It is only: * one minutes walk to the sea and a fully lit, paved promenade that stretches the full width of the island. * two minutes walk to a large supermarket. It is approximately 30 minutes walk along the promenade into the center of Playa Blanca, however, taxis are readily available and will cost a mere 3 Euro. In Playa Blanca there is an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops. There are many beaches close by to enjoy the average annual temperature of 22 degrees. To one side, the unspoilt beaches of Papagayo, which some regard to be the best in Spain and to the other, the more commercialised beach of Playa Dorada. The house has been decorated and equipped to an extremely high standard. The spacious accommodation comprises: * Downstairs: - Fully tiled terrace with comfortable outside seating and table with large sun parasol. - Large lounge/ dining room offering comfortable seating for six people. Television, DVD and music system, ceiling fan. - Access to a courtyard with washing machine. - New, fully fitted cherry wood kitchen complete with dishwasher, electric oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, iron etc. - Fully tiled bathroom with bath and overhead shower, washbasin and toilet. - Twin bedroom with large built-in wardrobes and access to a private courtyard. * Upstairs: - Master bedroom with King-size bed, large fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan. Patio doors open on to a balcony overlooking the communal gardens and swimming pool. - Fully tiled en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
