With an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room, and a large patio leading off from the living area, the house commands a lovely panoramic view of False Bay. The patio with its rim plunge pool is also accessible from the main bedroom. Conveniences include central heating, ceiling fans, personal safes, satellite TV and DVD throughout the house. The dwelling if fully secured with lock up garaging and/or courtyard parking.
The house has been designed to sleep six people; no overcrowding will be allowed.
The housekeeper will attend to daily duties such as washing, ironing, cleaning and cooking. She will be glad to assist with other duties, such as baby sitting, by prior arrangement and at additional remuneration.
Children are allowed; we suggest that only children 6 years of age and older reside due to the unprotected swimming pool and stairs in and around the house. No pets are allowed.

Somerset West is beautifully situated in a superb mountain environment lying at the foot of the Helderberg (Clear Mountain) overlooking False Bay.
The Helderberg mountain constitutes the northern arm of the great amphitheatre of the Hottentots Holland Mountain range. At the other extreme of the mountain range is Sir Lowry's Pass which crosses the Hottontots Holland mountains into the Overberg and then on to the Garden Route.
Notes:
A thirty percent (30%) deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance to be paid 3 weeks prior to occupation. A twenty percent (20%) refundable breakage deposit is payable with the balance of payment.
