Unit 416 offers 2 bedroom and 2 bath luxurious accommodation on two levels and is just under 1800 sq.ft. The master bedroom has a king size bed and full bath with walk-in rain head shower. The second bedroom offers the option of two twin, or a king bed with its own bathroom and terrace. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Tikule granite counter tops and an island. The open concept unit has custom built-in furniture. The main level also offers a outside terrace for dining or just relaxing. Wireless and cable access as well as flat-screen TVs are available in every room.
The rooftop penthouse terrace offers stunning views to the Caribbean Sea at day and the lights of Cozumel at night. The heated Jacuzzi is surrounded by lush landscaping for added privacy. In addition, there is a outdoor moon shower. The rooftop dining option includes a gas BBQ, outdoor kitchen and a shaded dining table under our custom made palapa roof that seats 6. Policy:
- 50% of payment is due upon confirmation of your reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If funds are not received according to schedule, reservation is subject to cancellation.
- Cancellation made 60 days prior to arrival forfeits 50 % of deposit. Cancellation made 30 Days Prior to arrival forfeits full payment. Any changes made within 30 days of arrival are subject to the cancellation policy. There are no refunds for late arrival, early departure or emergencies of any kind.
- No pets allowed.
- Check in time 4.00 PM, Check out 11.00 AM.
- In case of natural disaster or Act of God beyond of our control, we will try to find comparable accommodation for you or will give a full credit for future reservation if the reservation needs to be canceled due to these circumstances.
- Any cancellation will be subject to the cost of credit card fee and processing fee.
- Rates reflect the cost of the vacation rental condominium. In addition, there is a standard 12% sales tax to be added to the total price of your reservation.
- You may occupy up to the maximum occupancy listed, based on the available beds in the condo.
- Additional portable beds are available upon request with 14 day advanced notice. The additional cost is $35.00 per day/per person.
