Both floors are self-contained, have a secure environment with a security system linked to an armed response unit, electronic gates at private entrances with intercoms, satellite/cable TV, DVD, sound systems, wireless internet connection, clock/alarm/radio/CD players with Ipod connections in all bedrooms, dedicated parking, sitting rooms, dining areas and fully equipped kitchens with washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, hobs and ovens. It must be noted that the 3 bedroom home is very spacious with sun room, pool & pool deck, plasma TV and air conditioners. It is fully serviced Mondays to Fridays by Elijah Nkhomo, who is an extremely efficient and welcoming Malawian Domestic Manager. All the bedrooms in the house are en-suite, have magnificent views of sea & mountains, fans, heater panels, hairdryers, percale linen, luxurious but homely environment with all the mod. cons. where old meets new. - 5 Bedroom All En-suite House: Rent the entire, very spacious Villa for your family or party of friends! It is double-storied and made up of two separate 3 & 2 bedroom en suite, self-contained units both of which are on ground levels due to the slope of the land, but 2 downstairs is not as spacious as upstairs. All rooms and balconies have magnificent views of the sea and mountain. Only crisp percale linen is used and there are 3 bedrooms with luxury XL king beds, 2 of the main bathrooms have separate showers and big baths opening into bedrooms and 3 with showers plus 2 outdoor Victorian baths. 2 bedrooms have 2 x single beds that can be made up as Kings on request. The upper level has a glass enclosed balcony but the frameless glass can be folded back to let the sea and mountain virtually come into the house. The lower patio is covered and opens out onto an uncovered paved area and garden. The upper dining room opens out onto a spacious pool deck with luxurious cushioned loungers, outdoor table and chairs with a huge umbrella and magnificent views of sea and mountains! Once there, you won’t want to leave! - 3 Bedrooms All En-suite: On the Villa’s upper level, very spacious and the essence of luxury: 2 bedrooms have luxury XL Kings and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds that can be made up as a king on request. The 2 main bathrooms have separate showers with big baths opening into bedrooms, the 3rd has an indoor shower and outside secluded Victorian Bath! A telephone is available for local calls. All bedrooms have safes, clock/alarm/radio/CD players with Ipod connections as well as sitting/reading areas in the two main bedrooms, one with a TV. Travertine floors and bathrooms, magnificent uninterrupted views of sea and mountains from all rooms, open plan granite topped kitchen adjacent to the dining room with a piano, then on to a spacious swimming pool deck with luxury cushioned loungers, outdoor dining table & chairs and huge umbrella with the best views you can imagine! In turn, the inviting sitting room with gas fire leads through to the glass enclosed balcony that can be opened up completely, and the view of the sea and mountains from here is quite awesome. This is a perfect place to be to soak in the beauty, relax, read and watch the amazing sunsets appear, each one is unique on a daily basis. - 2 Bedrooms Downstairs: Both with showers en suite, and an outdoor Shower and Victorian bath in the garden! Although this level is smaller in area than spacious upper floor, it is warm, welcoming and elegantly furnished with original art pieces and some antiques The covered patio opens out onto an open paved area and garden, perfect for watching the magnificent sun setting over the sea. Guests have the use of a pay as you go telephone, safe, original fireplace, a guitar for the ‘sing-a-longs’, a barbecue plus all the features in the introductory paragraphs above.
