Policy:
- Minimum 3 nights stay.
- Failure of the customer to arrive, or cancellations made 0 to 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- Cancellations made 15 to 28 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 75% of the deposit or 25% of the booking quote value, whichever the greater.
- Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50% of the deposit or 25% of the booking total, whichever is the greater.
- Seacliffe Lodge levies a 7% administration fee on any refunds processed. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R175 charge will be levied.
- If a client decides to leave early or cut their accommodation shorter on arrival, then they are due to pay the whole amount of the booking over peak period including the days they do not stay.
- Check in time 12h30 - onwards - Check out 10:00 am.
- No pets. No childcare.
- Smoking permitted outside but not in the building.
