- 50 per cent deposit to secure booking and pay the remaining balance 30 days (high season) and 7 days (low season) prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged at 50 per cent
- Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will be full charge.
General policy:
- Check in is from 2:00 p.m. daily
- Check out is 12:00 noon
- Late check out is available on request and will be determined by the booking schedule of the villa. Late check out is 2:00 p.m. (contact our administration first)
- Full day late check out will be charged at 70 per cent of nightly rate. Full day use will be available until 9:00 p.m.
- One extra night will be charged as deposit and will be transferred back 7 days after departure date.
