Our villas are set in botanically spectacular tropical garden with swimming pool, tennis court, restaurant and bar. The villas are made of the polished timbers of Mahogany, cedar, mango, Java plum, red peanut, coconut and acacia. Each villa is well separated from the other with garden and stone paths. Being on the top of the island on the edge of the plateau ensures tropical breezes and comfortable living. Atiu Island specialises in adventure tours, reef fishing, nature, birds, caves, secluded beaches, jungle and mixing with the local culture. Our standard villas have a queen bed, a single bed and a mattress in a loft in a studio arrangement. Our family villa has a queen bed in one room and two single beds and two loft mattresses upstairs.

On site are an evening restaurant and bar, tennis court, entertainment centre, Wi-fi, BBQ, swimming pool and tour desk. Each Villa has shower, kitchen, fridge, stove, ceiling fans, solar hot water, verandah and a larder stocked with tinned and packaged food and drinks. Complimentary are fruit of the season, tea, coffee and flowers.

Located on the edge of the central plateau overlooking tropical gardens, pineapple fields and jungle. There are views down a valley to the pacific ocean about 1500 metres away. 26 Beaches are within 4 km. Our tour desk organises bird watching tours, cave tours, nature walks, cultural tours, historical tours, coffee tours, fishing tours, burial cave tours and other specialty tours. Rental scooters car and bicycles are available on site.
