A former captain's stone cottage is located 5 meters from the calm waters of Kotor Bay which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The terrace features an exceptional scenery of Bay of Kotor. Both apartments are air-conditioned and centrally heated.

There is a fantastic, large balcony sun terrace, with a barbecue and seating with table. It has a fitted kitchen offering every luxury and the owners also offer a free transfer to/from Tivat airport which is 5km away and shuttle to Dubrovnik airport which is 70km away(70 Euros -4 persons). Approved by the official Montenegro Tourist Board with a 4-Star Rating (highest rating).

Apartment Rosa: one bedroom, sleep 2+1+1, day room kitchen bathroom.

Both Apartments have dishwashers, Satellite TV channels, wireless Internet covered, phones, air conditions, radio, micro wen, complete kitchen with dishes and china sufficient for 6 + 4. Terrace equipped with granite tables, sun chair, parasols, BBQ ,flowers, garden for children 2000sqfeet with orange trees. Apartment Rosa is fitted for persons using wheelchair. Baby cot and high chair are available. Towels and linen change on weekly basis. Maid cleans garden and terrace every 3rd day. Breakfast may be prepared and served at BBQ terrace on 7 euros per person.

Location & Nearby Attractions:
Villa is located on seaside road 1 mile from Old town Kotor. 50 miles to Dubrovnik Airport. Open ocean beaches at 10 miles. Currency in use - Euros.

Policy:
We rent on weekly basis. 10% deposit on all amount is requested on booking. The rest one week before arrival. Check in at 1400hrs,check out at 1200hrs. Pets not welcomed, but sometime may be allowed in Apartment Terrace in way to be kept at large garden.
Transportation of guests to/from Tivat Airport is free of charge.
