Brand new, the 2 bedroom Aquamarine is simple, easy – and nice. A breakfast bar separates the roomy, well-equipped kitchen from the living room, which in turn, opens out via glass sliders onto a covered dining terrace and beyond to its pretty pool and sun decks. The layout here flows smoothly: a door in the kitchen provides convenient access to the dining terrace – great for serving and cleaning-up; a wrap-around verandah is accessible from both bedroom and leads to the pool terrace; and a bathroom next to the 2nd (twin/king) bedroom functions as the villa’s guest bath.
