Villa Dolia consist of two appartments in old traditional house fully renovated in high luxury style, placed in historic part in the center of island Zlarin enlisted in the Registry of Croatian cultural goods. Indoor space 165 sqm, land 100 sqm, consist of completely separated apartments with garden. Modern and rustic equipment reflect ancient tradition. Apartments are air conditioned, there is two high quality kitchens with dining/living room and bathroom on the groundfloor. On the floor there is double bedded room with bathroom and in the attic a comfortable beeded room with extra bed for two people. It is equipped with laundry and dish washers, phone/internet and sat TV. All interior is made by high quality materials; first class ceramics, wood, carved iron.

Zlarin was often called golden island, green or coral island. It is one of the islands in Sibenik archipelago that is nearest to the mainland - about 1 nautical mile far from it. Among the historic monuments, the oldest one is the Gothic church Our Lady of Raselj from the 15th ct. In 1740 on the remnants of the old church a new one in baroque style was built. St.Rock's chapel and St.Simon's chapel were built during the 17th ct.
Former inhabitants were farmers and fishermen but they will be remembered as coral divers.
The unspoilt nature, thick pine forests , beaches of various types and numerous hidden bays attract many tourists. Enjoying the sun and crystal clear sea many local and foreign visitors spend here ideal holiday and especially yachtsmen as they can find a safe berth in well protected harbour of Zlarin.
There are frequent ship lines that connect Zlarin with Sibenik, Vodice or nearby two the most beautiful National parks Krka and Kornati.

Each apartment in villa is for five to six persons and price is designed per day. All reservations could be made paying 30% in advance and 20 days before arrival total amount on our bank account.
