It has 100m2 divided into two units within a large yard/terrace. The main house has one bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed, satellite TV and DVD, CD player, toilet with shower, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle). Private terrace furnished with chairs, table and umbrella.
