The family room has large comfortable couches, a large screen TV, cable service, VHS and DVD player and small stereo system. The dining area seats 6 in comfort. The kitchen contains all you need to supply your family meals - or is great for slicing pizza, or serving Chinese from the local restaurant. The master suite has a king bed with TV. The master bath has a walk-in shower and garden tub with ample walk-in closet space.
The two additional bedrooms have a queen and two twin beds, both with TV. The family bathroom is a good size, with bathtub and in-bath shower. Family room leads out through sliding doors to a covered lanai area, which is great for a leisurely breakfast or evening cocktails. This in turn leads to a very nice pool deck with ample seating, and table with ample seating. The rectangular pool has steps with a grab rail. This villa overlooks Mystic Dunes golf course, so you can enjoy very quiet times swimming in the sparkling water, or just sitting on the deck enjoying the wonderful Florida sunshine. When you've had enough of the pool, enjoy the game room with foosball table, pool table and electronic darts with a selection of board and card games to distract the family more games are to be added soon.
