The house has its own drive and is set on a quiet rural road, a short walk reaches a bus stop for buses to town or to the sandy beaches at Ynyslas. The garden has many bird nest boxes and big mature trees, there is a barbecue place and a rope swing and the trees can be climbed at your own risk. We often have Red Kites nesting within a few hundred yards and foxes and Badgers are frequent visitors.

Aberystwyth is in the middle of Cardigan Bay Mid-Wales which faces the Irish Sea. It has a rail link with Birmingham, Shrewsbury and from there anywhere in the UK. There are also coaches.

The rental is for the main part of the house comprising small entrance Hall and adjacent cloakroom toilet leading into music room which opens into the large sunny Living room with three sofas and an armchair and woodburning fire. Then into the kitchen with a large refectory table and a compact fully equiped cooking area. French doors out onto the south facing deck that overlooks the garden. Passageway from which are the main bathroom with seperate shower, two single bedrooms and two double bedrooms, one of the singles has a pull out extra bed. There is Central Heating if required.
Location & Nearby Attractions:
Aberystwyth has a lively University Arts Centre, a promenade and beach and is ideally situated for many pursuits from the mountains to the sea and rail links to Shrewsbury, Stratford and Birmingham. There are good Nature Reserves close by. Guided tours and expeditions can be arranged.
Policy:
Non smoking and children must be reasonably controlled. They will love the wooded garden but use is at your own risk. The remaining part of the house in which the owners live has its own entrance and is seperated.
Notes:
Linen, towels and a washing machine are provided in the price of £800 for one week, £1500 for two weeks and £2800 for four weeks.
