Located on the beautiful shores of Providenciales, this 4000 sq/ft vacation home is one of the most popular rentals in Turks & Caicos. It looks like two houses, but it's all one spacious villa under two roofs.

Surrounded by half an acre of lush landscaping and turquoise waters, Sunset Point Villa features four air-conditioned bedroom suites with king or queen beds, five baths, and wide wraparound decks.

Take a cool dip in your own private pool, or step down into the crystal clear ocean just off the pool deck. You'll find the water is shallow (about 3 to 4 feet deep) and typically calm, perfect for playing and swimming. Ocean Point Reef is an awesome snorkeling spot right next to the villa. And the sugar white sand of child-friendly Taylor Bay Beach is just a short three minute stroll away!

Enjoy relaxed conversation from Sunset Point's spacious living and dining area. This is the place to unwind with family and friends on your Caribbean island vacation. The living room features Cable TV, a multi-disc CD stereo-system, and free WIFI. The inviting master bedroom suite is located on the upper story of the main house.

Maid service is included before, after, and a light clean-up in the middle of your stay. Additional maid service is available for $10 an hour with a three-hour minimum. If you’d like to hire a cook or chef, this can be easily arranged. However, there are a number of very enjoyable restaurants on the island. We highly recommend a rental car for dining out, as well as to explore all the activities and attractions Providenciales has to offer.

If you want to bring your laptop computer, unlimited high speed internet access is available at no charge, but there is no computer at the villa.

Sunset Point provides air conditioning throughout the villa that is available on a metered basis to encourage conservation. This is typical of vacation villas on the island. Guests are given a $150 per week allowance (prorated for stays of less or more than a week). If A/C usage goes above the $150 allowance, guests will be charged at cost (approximately $.40 per kilowatt hour, based on current PPC rates). Guests may monitor their A/C usage from a separate, easy-to-read meter.
