The towns of Umbertide, Arezzo, Gubbio, Perugia and Assisi are within easy driving distance. There are also many walled towns in close proximity. Florence is 1.5hrs by car.

25% deposit when booking is made and balance to be paid 60 days before arrival. The owners will ask for a security deposit of 100 euros to cover any breakages and/or extra cleaning.
