Another gorgeous house in the Borgo. This house may be rented together with Santa Giuliana I or separately. Just 6 miles from Umbertide (your nearest shopping), the Castello is within easy driving distance of Perugia (20 minutes), Assisi (30 minutes), Arezzo (45 minutes), Siena (an hour and 15 minutes), Florence (2 hours), Todi (45 minutes), Rome (3 hours) and many other towns and tourist destinations, including Lago Trasimeno, the largest lake in the region.

* The House: This house comprises of seven rooms which include a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and three bedrooms, and comfortably accommodates up to five guests (though the house works best with a maximum of four.) One of the bedrooms is quite large and contains two single beds, another has one single bed, and the master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The bathroom has a shower but no tub. The house is decorated with a combination of antique and modern furniture, hung with paintings and prints, and filled with enough novels to keep the reading-inclined well occupied. It is comfortable, fully-equipped, and charming.
