There are five bedrooms, which can accommodate 10people, a communal upstairs area and a spacious downstairs lounge and library area. There is a bathroom and shower room as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Washing facilities are also provided. A spacious garden and outdoor patio area are wonderful for evening dinners. The sunsets in this area are truly amazing. If you are looking for peace and tranquillity, its all here!

There is a wonderful open air swimming pool on the road to Preggio. It costs 6.50 per day but you can buy a carnet of 10 tickets for 50 euro. After 3.00 pm. on any given day the adult entry fee reduces to 4 euro - it's 4 euro at any time, any day for children aged 5 to 16. The restaurant over the road from the pool (La Pineda) serves very basic but cheap and tasty fare - chips, pasta and a range of sandwiches. Beer, wine and soft drinks too.
The beautiful cities of Perugia, Rome and Siena can be reached easily by car or there is a train service from Passignano Sul Trasimeno and Tuoro.
* Castiglione Del Lago: This is the most important village by Lake Trasimeno. It has dominated the area since the Middle Ages. One of the most notable battles was fought between Hannibal and the Romans.
* Places to see:
- The Church of Santa Maria Maddalena
- Palazzo del Capitano del Popolo
- The Church of S Domenico di Guzman
- The Leone Fortress.
* Passignano: Located on the north side of the Lake, it has an interesting fortress probably of Longobard origin from the 5th or 6th century. The Church of St Christopher contains a circle of frescoes from the 11th to 14th Century.
Policy:
25% deposit when booking is made and balance to be paid 60 days before arrival. The owners will ask for a security deposit of 100 euros to cover any breakages and/or extra cleaning. This should be made directly upon arrival. Cancellation and alterations must be made in writing. Penalties apply. Normal changeover day is Saturday. Children welcome. No smoking.
