Policy:
25% deposit when booking is made and balance to be paid 60 days before arrival. The owners will ask for a security deposit of 100 euros to cover any breakages and/or extra cleaning. This should be made directly upon arrival. Cancellation and alterations must be made in writing. Penalties apply. Preferred changeover day is Saturday. No smoking.
