The house has a dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, hob, fride, freezer, TV, video/dvd player and music system. There are ample DVD's and CD's. The manager can provide a welcome meal on request and can also do the first day's shopping.
Location & Nearby Attractions:
Lake Trasimeno is 15minutes drive. This is Italy's fourth largest lake and has boat trips, an abundance of restaurants, shops etc. Preggio is a hilltop town which offers many festivals including a Summer opera festival. Cortona is an easy drive as is Siena. Antognolla golf course is a fiftenn minute drive. Perugia is also a very easy drive of 20minutes.
Policy:
A 25% deposit is required. Balance is due six weeks prior to arrival. If booking less than six weeks prior to arrival, the full amount must be paid to secure booking. Security deposit required.
Cancellation charges - More than 70 days before departure, no penalty. 70 – 42 days before arrival, 30% of total amount. 41 – 21 days before arrival, 70% of total amount. 20 – 10 days before arrival, 100% of total amount. Changeover day is Saturday. Children welcome. No smoking.
