Our diving center, Bali carries on the tradition of the ORIGINAL dive shop, which was one of the FIRST FOUR scuba diving shops starting in Bali about 20 years ago.
It is in the same location at the first Diving Center at Balina Beach Resort. Our full time dive master Komang has been a PADI professional for 12 years, and knows the local waters like a fish. We work with an excellent PADI dive instructor, too. We are small, clean, and service oriented.
We are located in Buitan, Bali, about 5 kilometers (or 3 miles) west of Candidasa, the next largest tourist town. Buitan is a small fishing village, and about a scenic hour's drive from the Tulamben and Amed sites. We are a small shop with a staff of six. All of our equipment is new (2003) and updated. We give affordable, personalized, professional service whether there's a group of one or eight.
Danai Lamb, a diver from the San Francisco Bay, California area (member of Vaqueros del Mar Dive Club and Aqua Tutus Diving Club) does the marketing, and oversees the general operations, while the dynamic team at our Diving Center actually manages and owns the dive shop they are concerned with coral reef conservation, and support environmentally friendly diving practices, always.
