Prerequisite for the Trimix Diver course is the Technical Diver certificate or equivalent, Nitrox II certificate, 21 years of age and a thorough body and fitness examination by a doctor. Further on you need to have a minimum of 200 dives, whereas 50 dives are between 30 and 40 meters, 50 Nitrox dives and 50 decompression dives.

The course consists of:
- Physiological aspects of deep diving
- Extended psychological theory
- Dive planning and decompression diving with different gas mixtures
- Extensive EANx principles
- Optimization of safety during decompression diving
- Techniques for decompression diving
- Helium theory
- Diving equipment
- Proper gas blending and handling
- Gas calculations
- Stress management
- Rescue exercises
- Usage of deco bottle, reels, lifting devices etc.

The theoretical part of the course is summed up with a written exam. The practical part consist of 3 confined open water dives, 4 open water dives with a total of minimum 120 minutes. The course also includes: book, bottle fills, and advice on the proper adjustments for your dive equipment. Rental equipment could be used for an extra charge.
