A business training is mostly held in a standard Hotel somewhere in a forest or in a Industrial Estate... We will show you, there is another way too. We can put you in a far more inspiring place like the middle of The IJsselmeer or at the Waddensea in the heart of Holland. This is the place where ASH chooses to give you the training or meeting you will NEVER forget..!
We specially design our traing programm based at the following concept "Working Performance and Sailing" like:
- Teamtraining: Two days effectivity training;
- Teambuilding day for improvement of the internal coorporation;
- Team competition: For several teams;
- Fusion Training for Managers;
- Company diagnoses Training for managers;
- Incentives for employees.
You will recognize the Maritime aspects in all our training programs. We believe, that by bringing you in another, not all day situation, you are more open too see perpectives from an different angle, so you can link your all day habbits more with real life than normal. Sailor under you know what we meen with this, they reconize these parralels already.
If you wish, we will analyse your organisation free during the intake meeting, before you start the training programm with us. Please ask for the extended options, we can offer you an tailor made programm for optimal results.
We train in Dutch, German and English as well.

Costs depends on the type of training, the boats we use, the number of partecipants, duration of the training, catering, etc etc.
