A PADI Instructor Examination (IE) is conducted in Tenerife over the two days following the IDC. This programme is independently conducted by an Instructor Examiner who is a member of PADI headquarters staff. This ensures that the evaluation process is objective, impartial and consistent.
During the two day programme your knowledge of diving theory and the PADI system will be evaluated, as will your ability to deliver teaching presentations in the classroom, pool and open water. Please note that the IE fee is not included in the IDC course fee and must be paid direct to PADI.
IE Prerequisites: 100 logged dives and certified as a diver for 6 months.
