We offer friendly and professional instruction to help you get started confidently. We prepare you to dive with a buddy anywhere in the world and after only four action packed days you are ready to travel the world diving.
A Junior Open Water certification is for people aged between 10 and 15 years. Upon certification you will be qualified to dive to 12 meters with a certified adult or dive professional.
An Adult Open Water certification is for people who are 15 years and older. Upon certification you will be qualified to dive independently with a buddy to 18 meters.
You may choose to complete the PADI Open Water Dive Course in four consecutive days or, if you prefer, in just two weekends you can qualify for the international certification. Our Dive center also offers an Open Water Referral if you have completed some of your training elsewhere.
PADI Open Water Dive Course includes classroom theory work as well as swimming pool training and four open water dives, two dives from the beach at Goat Island Marine Reserve and two dives from a charter boat.
We provide:
* PADI Training Pack: PADI manual, tables and log book
* PADI personal certification card
* Full dive equipment
For your comfort, fit and hygiene we recommend you purchase your own mask and snorkel. We have an excellent range in store-students receive a 10% discount on purchases of equipment.
Experienced personal instruction All dives along the local coastline (Goat Island Marine Reserve) Diving off a purpose built training boat.
