Whether you are a recreational diver who wants to spice up the holiday video or a professional underwater videographer/photographer who wants to film one of the local Weedy Seadragons.

Recreational: Get a video of yourself while you're experiencing the fascinating Tasmania underwater world and take your dive adventure home with you. Using the latest in digital video editing technology, we can also combine your personal video with professional footage from our dive sites.

Professional: Our videographer Mick Baron has been taking underwater video for over 15 years in Tasmania's temperate waters. With his recent acquisition of triple chip digital technology in the form of a Canon XL1 with aninterchangeable lense system, broadcast quality material is now available.

Material has already been supplied to the Australian National Oceans Office, Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC). Using cutting-edge editing software, Mick has produced promotional videos for our Dive Centre, Seacare and educational videos on the Tasmanian giant kelp forests.

The Peninsula offers something for everyone! It is the prime tourist destination in Tasmania with the convict ruins at Port Arthur, Devil's Kitchen, Tasman Arch and the Blowhole.

For scuba diving, the Tasman Peninsula is the perfect venue for a base. The area offers fabulous above-water scenery with massive cliff formations towering up to 277 metres above sea level. These walls continue underwater and combined with the rich invertebrate life provide spectacular diving. In addition, whales and dolphins are regularly sighted on this part of Tasmania's coast.
